What We Look For in a Bojangles® Restaurant Manager
We are looking for energetic, committed, goal-oriented, experienced managers who want to join a first-class organization. Applicants for Bojangles’ Management positions must meet the following requirements:
- 1-2 years management experience in a restaurant or retail setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Maintain an open/flexible schedule
- Have a proven track record of financial and operational success
- Demonstrate a stable work history
